As you know I am rather adventurous when it comes to healthy food. I was feeling a little under the weather with a catch in my throat. I made a decision that I was going to juice to get better. - In a juice add the garlic, ginger and optional lemon first, followed by the carrot and then finally celery, as this has the most water content and will push through all the other ingredients.
