An addition to the raw chocolate collection, learn how to master healthier pralines and caramels using naturally dairy free products and ones that work extremely well with raw chocolate. Raw chocolate making will not be taught on this course, you will need to have attended a previous course or know how to make raw chocolate.
On this course we will also use unrefined sugar at vary quantities to your preference and superfood powders such as maca, lucuma & baobab.
Nuts such as hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans and seeds: pumpkin seeds and cashews. Nut & seed combinations can all be tailored to your preferences.
With these skills you will be able to add variety to your raw chocolate making and create your own perfect box of chocolates.
