This course will inspire you to create easy shortcrust pastry, light and fluffy choux pastry and biscuits with a perfect snap.
All in all we will make jam tarts, profiteroles with a creme patisserie filling and delicious biscuits. The profiteroles are a game changer, very easy to make, you will most certainly impress your friends and family with this fantastic skill.
