Getting that batter right….
To get more of an understanding of how to get the batter just right, not too thick, not too watery, with a balanced texture and flavour, watch the pancake short videos I recorded a while back. Three short videos a couple of minutes long to set the foundation on how to make naturally healthy pancakes- every time. I use this method without fail, the only ingredient change since I recorded this is that I use coconut oil all the time instead of dairy free butter!
- In the frying pan add either the sunflower butter or coconut oil, get the pan nice and hot.
- Add one ladleful of the pancake batter.
- Cook over a high heat for a couple of mins.
- Flip over or just turn with spatula and ta dah….. Healthy scrummy yummy pancakes!!
