Getting that batter right….

To get more of an understanding of how to get the batter just right, not too thick, not too watery, with a balanced texture and flavour, watch the pancake short videos I recorded a while back. Three short videos a couple of minutes long to set the foundation on how to make naturally healthy pancakes- every time. I use this method without fail, the only ingredient change since I recorded this is that I use coconut oil all the time instead of dairy free butter!

The Creation

  1. In the frying pan add either the sunflower butter or coconut oil, get the pan nice and hot.
  2. Add one ladleful of the pancake batter.
  3. Cook over a high heat for a couple of mins.
  4. Flip over or just turn with spatula and ta dah….. Healthy scrummy yummy pancakes!!
