Learning how to make chocolate healthy with superfood ingredients was such a joyous moment, and one that I want to share with you.
I focus on finding alternative food sources for key nutrients — for example, tahini for calcium, flaxseed and fish oil for omega-3, and hypoallergenic plant protein powders to balance out morning smoothies. Research and recipe development is paramount and the findings are shared through cookery courses and my weekly tips.
You may think that healthy cooking is daunting but these courses are the foundation on which to build your new, enlightened and healthy life- style. You’ll be surprised at just how adaptable healthy, wholesome ingredients can be and leave feeling empowered and eager to put what you’ve learnt into practise.
