I am so grateful for all those who have continued to read my weekly tip as on the 4th May 2018 I wrote my 250th weekly tip!
WOW time sure flies!! I’ve had the best time growing through researching ingredients, flavours, nutrition, health benefits of food, eating habits etc. and sharing all of this through my weekly tips. I hope you’ve enjoyed them reading them as much as I have writing them.
